Anne has extensive counselling experience providing services to adults, adolescents and children. She is registered as a provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for counselling, which means there is no out of pocket cost for those clients who are covered under the scheme.

Anne ensures that the relationship between client and herself is warm, respectful and congruent. She believes that feeling safe and understood are important in order to work through problems. She is dedicated to helping people reach their potential and assists her clients to gain greater understanding of themselves by becoming aware of patterns of behaviour and thoughts, which leads to emotional blocks.

Anne understands that each person’s life experience is unique and consequently approaches each client with an open mind and for this reason adapts the counselling intervention strategies implemented to accommodate individual differences.
